Installation starts, but does not complete.
Copying the files from an existing (WinME) installation runs with minor problems, see below

Installation fails with error:
err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7b9244e0 "syslevel.c: Win16Mutex" wait timed out in thread 000c, blocked by 0010, retrying (60 sec)
Copying existing installation work with most function, but complains that some configuration files are missing, and a re-installation is necessary. Acknowledge is ok.
Printing crashes: fixme:commdlg:PRINTDLG_WMInitDialog16 Print quality only displaying currently.
