What does not
Playing the game.
What was not tested
Everything except installation.

Download a no-cd exe. Rename civctp.exe to civctp.bak and copy over the no-cd exe. This is in the folder Activision\Civilization-Call To Power\ctp_program\ctp\
Configure Wine. Make it run in it's own window, no widescreen resolutions because it will just go back to a 4:3 resolution.
Note that the shortcut does not work. Don't know why, but I tried everything. To run the Civ you need to open up the console. Type "wine /home/
To get multiplayer gaming going in this game you have to download and replace 3 dll files in Civilization's Program Files folder. Download the files here (http://apolyton.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=101404&d=1112741693). There are instructions in the ZIP to tell you what to do, so just follow that.
