What works

everything I've tested so far:

  • installation
  • online activation (securom "feature")
  • configuration tool (needs native mfc71u.dll)
  • playing the game in virtual desktop mode @1024x768 on medium details
  • sound, music
  • loading, saving
  • intro, cutscenes

What does not

nothing I'm aware of

Workarounds

What was not tested

Additional Comments

Digital distribution version of the game, contains Securom (online activation). The game needs native d3dx9_36.dll to run. In fullscreen mode wine doesn't restore the original screen resolution and gamma of the screen correctly on exit (just a minor annoyance). I got acceptable framerate only using medium details, anything beyond that is slow on my mediocre hardware: AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+ 3 GB ram Nvidia GeForce 7600 GT with driver 195.36.08
