What works
Installation, starting the app, open a local file-system-based website, creating a new blank page.
What does not
Opening an existing site crashes the program.
If you create a new blank page (using the default file system location) and switch the view to "Split" (code & preview), that also crashes the application.

Rated garbage because the app cannot perform the function for which it was designed. Once you crash, if I select the option to restart the program automatically from the MS crash notice dialog, FP immediately crashes again (every time I attempt to restart the app from this dialog).

Installation procedures:
Install winetricks : gecko riched20 riched30 vb6run allfonts msxml3
THEN install frontpage.
Start up procedure When starting Frontpage,a brief pop up states "Setting Up Frontpage 2003". After this closes, there is a dialog box that needs to be clicked "OK" but it is hidden behind the Frontpage Splash. Pressing ENTER will close the dialog box and start frontpage.
