What works
Video preview/playback works with msvfw32.dll configured to load as native. Audio works properly.
What does not
Menus show correctly only once - all subsequent menu views show an unpopulated (or mostly unpopulated) gray bar without text. The menu items still work if you know where to click in the gray bar, and the status bar shows text associated with menu items when they are hovered over.
