"Volo View 3 software can open a wide variety of drawing formats, namely DWG, DWF, DXF, Autodesk Inventor parts, assemblies, and drawings (IPT, IAM, IDW), raster files (including JPG, TIF, BMP, GIF, BMP, and PNG).

Volo View 3 has the following limitations:

Viewing of 3D DWFs.
Viewing of object properties (meta data) within DWF files.
Viewing of markups produced with Autodesk Design Review or DWF Composer.
Viewing of Inventor 9 or inferior, and later IPT, IAM and IDW formats.
Viewing on Windows XP SP2 operating system or more recent platforms."
