What works

Installer works perfect The game does produce output but due to bugs regarding palettes (conversion from 8bit to 32 bit it seems), the graphical ouput is useless.

What does not

I did not do a thorough test of the game and other than the graphics problems, I have no idea what works or doesn't

Workarounds

What was not tested

The game itself, as the graphics is utter rubbish.

Hardware tested

HowTo / Notes

HOWTO - Fully Setup

Run the _issetup.exe file to install.

After running through that edit the registry as follows:

"Find the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/HDI/Emperor of the Fading Suns/1.0

and create a new String value called CDROM with data value "" where is the drive you installed it from (or want it to play music from).
E.g: "E:\" "

More direct instructions:
Go to that registry location, on the right hand window right click and under the 'new' option pick "String Value" and then type in:

CDROM

Once thats done double click on the CDROM value you just made and enter the letter of your CD drive in quotes, so if it's drive D enter:

"D:\"
