Using all system ole libraries allows for app to run, (winecfg, libraries, add all 7 ole* libs)
Only tried open/close of a data file, no attempt at print, or help.

- "Place a filled plane" tool: after clicking past the "you should read the tutorial" prompt, epcb crashed
