Additional Comments

Had to use NoCD executable (but you can also just use mounted ISO) and used Wineskin to make macOS app.

For some distros there is a max opened files limit that is too small for this game - Debian is one of such distros for example. This will prevent you from starting a race because keyboard will go dead. To fix this you need to increase max opened file limit. For Debian - simply put something like this in /etc/security/limits.conf:

USERNAME hard nofile 655355

(of course, change USERNAME to your user name ;] )

and re-log - this should allow you to play this game just fine.

This "bug" also affects Sonic Heroes.

NOTE: This is NOT wine bug - this is simply a security measure in some distributions.
