What works
If you download MSVBVM60.DLL, the installer will register DLL's properly.
The bar works, as well as skinning. The some of the displays in the advanced system monitor work properly, such as the drive space, and internet send/receive speed. The task bar icon works
What does not
The weather channel pane for sure crashes the program, and will not allow it to be started again unless you remove the program's entries from the registry. Other panes may be the same way.
The tabs on the left of the options pane are colored wrong, so they are unreadable, but they are usable. The cursor is rendered incorrectly when hovering over the tabs.
