You need to first install the 1.2 patch, and then the 1.3 patch for everything to work. I recommend getting a no-cd, the 1.2 no-cd is compatible with the 1.3 patch since it is the lithtech.exe file which is cracked and not the mm9.exe. You need to get the patched dll from this website and add it to your mm9/data directory for the game to be playable: http://telp.org/mm9/tavern/anyboard/posts/39819.html. I am not the super maintainer for this game, but I would recommend that we host the file here too.
