HOWTO

Set your wine version to Windows 98.

Install MDAC 2.5 sp2 (available from the same site where you downloaded PADRE). NOT 2.8 or later, these don't work.

OPTIONAL: Set your wine version back to what it was before.

Install PADRE, and use as normal.
