What works
Everything works. Not only does it work but I also patched the game to the last update and even included the Expansion MOD. Eveything works perfectly. I have finished the game about 15 times already. Excellent game.

Everything works, even to the point of updating, including MODs and changing any setting.

MBD - Asus Z87PRO CPU - Intel i7 4770k RAM - 32 GB RAM SSD - Samsung 840 PRO VID - Nvidia 440 GT (310.xx) OS Mode - Windows 7 Prefix works better on 32-Bit, so for 64-Bit users please do the following: rm -fr ~/.wine export WINEARCH=win32 export WINEPREFIX="/home/USER/.wine" winecfg If it helps, this is my complete winetrick component list that applies for most applications. Note: You do not need a proprietary 3d video card driver (no ati nor nvidia) to play this game. A 2d capable driver is sufficient due to the old graphics ;-)
1. Install game with wine as you would do in windows
2. Patch the game to version 1.05 (regular patch, nocd crack is not needed)
3. Run the game and have fun :-)
Known issues: The mouse cursor does not support moving cursors due to missing ani cursor support in Wine. But you probably won't notice that in the game.
