Basic circuitry seems to work, the previous criticism about menu fonts and so forth were not an issue for me; so it's possible that it has something to do with the previous user's screen resolution.
Everything I clicked on seems to work, including saving/loading, circuit drawing, moving objects, zoom, opening wizards, and running the circuits.
What does not
Attempting to load help-about caused an immediate program exit.
What was not tested
Installation was not tested, I ran it directly off an existing Windows install. Also, I did not test the built-in updater.
