What works
ChemOffice 2005 does install once you place "MSVBVM60.DLL" into
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32. After that, the terminal spits out
one more error message for not having another DLL file (forgot what it
was; sorry, but it was something like qdis...dll), which after you put
it into the "system32" folder, it does open.
What does not
You can draw everything and even do NMR simulation, BUT atoms (other than C's) appear as black boxes (see screenshot). Below is the output in the terminal.

in order to install ChemOffice 2005 you need to place "MSVBVM60.DLL" into ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32 just google for "MSVBVM60.DLL".
Great work wineteam with wine 0.9.55 the fonts were fixed now the Atoms other than Carbon are displayed correctly.
