This is part of ChemOffice 2005.
CD runs just fine, but the installation is garbage (see below).
I tested most of the functions in the menu:
View/Objects/Structure do work.
Both 1H and 13C NMR prediction and name-to-structure work nicely. Prediction is a bit slower than under Windows, but it works nonetheless and it is stable.
All clicking, drawing, copy'n'pasting, zooming and shortcuts in general work fine - without crashing or any delay.
.eps-export works just fine.
What does not
Installation doesn't work:
I tested all versions from 1.1.3 to 1.1.8. Installation starts but the" copying files to..."-dialog crashes every time.
I installed Chemdraw 9 under wine 0.9.61 and then switched to 1.1.8 to run it.
File suffix has to be changed manually (but is added to a filename without suffix!)
Picture quality isn't good: you should use .eps as a workaround
What was not tested
I didn't test all the templates, just some Cp- and benzene-rings.
You have to copy MSVBVM60.dll to the directory ./drive_c/Windows/system32/ of your bottle before running the installation. I took the .dll from a Windows Installation. I installed Chemdraw under wine 0.9.61 using playonlinux, but you could also try to copy chemdraw from a windows installation.. The program sometimes runs a bit slower as in Windows, but so far it doesn't stop me from working normally (and I like to work fast). However as far as I tested it, it runs stable. I also ran CD under version 0.9.61, which worked flawlessly as well.

in order to install ChemOffice 2005 you need to place "MSVBVM60.DLL" into ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32 just google for "MSVBVM60.DLL".
Great work wineteam with wine 0.9.55 the fonts were fixed now the Atoms other than Carbon are displayed correctly.
