* The Unix style build had a few problems during runtime which should be solved now: please email me straight away if any problems come up. The problems I experienced where:
- output files full of RTF gibberish
- empty output files

* Implemented bold, italic and underline when converting from HTML
* Ignore UTF8 byte order mark at the beginning of a HTML file

I think that removal from the GNOME Applications menu is a wine bug on Ubuntu, rather than anything specifically wrong with this package.
