* The Unix style build had a few problems during runtime which should be solved now: please email me straight away if any problems come up. The problems I experienced where:
- output files full of RTF gibberish
- empty output files

* Fixing minor problems before release
* Refactored the HTML element processing into the HtmlCommand module
* Implemented bold, italic and underline when converting from HTML
* Ignore UTF8 byte order mark at the beginning of a HTML file
* Implemented bold, italic and underline when converting to RTF
* Separated out html tag processing
* Supports separation of:
- element
- start/end/self-contained tag
* Need to support:
- parameters
* Fixed problems with justification
* Fixed crash when there is an extra right brace
* Fixed problem with escaped characters

I think that removal from the GNOME Applications menu is a wine bug on Ubuntu, rather than anything specifically wrong with this package.
