What works

Used: Version 1.22 of this package. The entire application essentially works in parts. Information is available, I can see reflectivity output/loops, change radar sites, etc.

What does not

Unfortunately, the features aren't coherent. Typically I see a small bar at the top of the screen which contains the radar imagery. Portions of the interface draw over others. Most of the application area is a black screen. It is difficult to find and use tools that are only sporadically visible.

I did not test several of the menu items in the menu bar because it was too difficult to reach them reliably.

I am rating this as bronze, because it is vaguely possible to use this program... particularly compared with the previous tester's findings.
