What works
Menus, cut-scenes, ambient sound (rain, thunder, planes overhead) and music. Game loads fast, might say faster than on windows os. Runs smoothly at low/med graphics.
What does not
All other sounds other than music and ambient noise do not work.
Such as gun shots, talking, and footsteps. Test just about every option from OSS to ALSA. Emulation to full hardware. Renamed music and ambient sound directories so they would not play in game hoping this could get the other sounds working but no luck.

Online play was not tested as well as the online single player "stat tracker" by gamespy.

This is an amazing game. And it runs GREAT under wine barring some minor setbacks. Any 1st/3rd person shooter fan will love this game.
