The 'castle' dock (aka station) seems to flicker in some areas.

Exiting the game results in a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library R6025 -  pure virtual function call" error, in full-screen you have to go into another VT and do 'xkill -display :0.0' and go back to the Xorg VT thing, and click on the error to get rid of it. In virtual desktop, just press OK (with space bar if needed).

In a virtual desktop, the mouse can get out of position. This happens with many games that emulate their own cursor. To fix, move the mouse out of the windowed program and then skim the edge of the window to the point where the game's emulated cursor is.

Additional Comments

Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT PCI-E with the drivers in the repos (185.18.14). The game delays a bit before showing up. The mouse can be quirky in full-screen, wiggling it fast usually helps. I recommend running this game in a virtual desktop.
