What works
The installer works, although it can take a very long time. But just wait and it will install correctly. When installed, start up ENC9632.EXE. It runs very fast and everything works except playing audio files. It does show an error message however on startup because 'fonts are missing'. But that doesn't limit the use of the encyclopaedia.
