What works

Most features appears to work (just not for very long). I found it useful to run the GUI under wine to setup experiments then use the Linux native command line interface to run the simulation. The GUI is also useful to view experiment states.

What does not

  • Multiple selections of genomes.
  • Once a window is minimized, it dissapear and can't be brought back to the desktop.
  • Program freezes randomly within a few minutes of simulation.
  • Program tend to freeze when opening dialogs.
