What works

My previous test report was misplaced - I actually had to put it into 2.5 version section. So placing this one here too.

With amstream dll set to 'builtin' works almost all except trading. With it set to 'native' everything works

What does not

With amstream dll set to builtin:

- trading

- in-game music and speed

Regardless of amstream setting game works much slower comparing to WinXP perfomance on the same box.

What was not tested

I've had just a quick glance for about 10 minutes to make sure that it started working finally (previous version of wine didn't work at all with amstream dll set to 'native').
So was not tested:
gate jumping & hyperdrive

Hardware tested

  • GPU:
  • Driver:

Additional Comments

Works flawlessly (though a bit slow) with amstream DLL override
