What does not
Places that are bigger than one screen are often messed up (fore- and background don't fit to each other). Some NPCs are therefore outside the screen and cannot be interacted with.
What was not tested
The game installs with an error message, which can be ignored. Also when you quit the game there's an error message, which also can be ignored. The game is running, but not fully functional. I had some bug with the control menu - I needed to click and move the mouse in order to get to it. You can get used to that, though. Sometimes screens are not shown correctly. The player has to guess then where things are and NPCs can be placed outside the screen. If you still want to play the game (and it definitely IS worth it) and you get stuck, use the following page to get savegames: http://www.geocities.ws/journeysaves/inch1.htm. The version sold at gog.com is the US version.
