HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Psygnosis\Rollcage\Installer Source=--cdromdrive letter--:\disc1\ This was my fix required to get rid of complaining about not being able to find cd. For some reason running the installer it ended up pointing in z: so kinda did not work. There is no requirement for nocd patches at all.
