Everything works just fine doing some adjustments that I'll describe in the Additional Comments, except for Network (maybe it's possible to get it to work, but I don't know how)

I haven't played the entire game, but I don't think anything will fail.
First of all, when I first installed this game I was able to get sound, but not music. To get music I just did exactly the same thing, but in a brand new wine prefix. So, if you have problems, try to install in a fresh prefix. First you need to set the prefix to Windows 98 mode and install Windows Media Player 7.1 (maybe there are other versions that work, but again, I don't know) Mount the disc image and use winecfg to add a drive in the folder where you mounted the image. Remember to change the drive type to CD-ROM. (It will probably work if you use a no-cd crack, but remember you need a 1.4 and not a 1.0 crack). Then install the game from the CD-ROM installer and install the 1.4 patch. When running the game, in the advanced settings, disable the intro movie, 3d sound and hardware mixing. HAVE FUN! This game is great!
