Everything except month view of appointments

Month view of appointments displays error dialog "OLE error 80004001" which recurs on click, effectively hanging the program.

I've been using T&C 7 since Nov 07 under Ubuntu 7.10 & 8.04 and Wine 0.9, 1.0, 1.1.3 and there has been no change - this is the only (but significant) issue.
