The initial .exe downloaded extracts properly.
Logging in works but is buggy. The screen flashes and flickers but still can see the Login/Password boxes clearly. After login the flickering continues but still can see characters to select. Game world loads and flickering stops. Game is very playable with the only exception there are a few visual disturbances. Many in game Windows are transparent and are too small but if you know where all the buttons are supposed to be then you can click on them.
Dragging power buttons onto main window works, however some powers don't appear to show up.
Other graphical disturbances include fake planes in the game world with your current active buffs. This sometimes occurs in windows too though.
Multiple Shadowbane windows open at the same time was tested. Worked.
What does not
The installer does not wok. You must either install Shadowbane using a virtual machine or by dual booting Windows. After you install under Windows you can drag the Shadowbane folder into your wine directory.
What was not tested
Bane fighting has not been tested yet.
Install notes: 1. As stated above you must install Shadowbane in a vm or by dual booting and dragging the file over to the wine directory. 2. Copy msvcp60.dll, msvcrt.dll mfc42.dll from Windows system32 directory to your wine system32 directory. (Only msvcp60 and msvcrt are required to start shadowbane and login however after a while without mfc42 you will get an sb.exe access violation error)
