I installed the windows version of flash player into wine but the program still produces the fatal error:
Component 'Flash8b.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
I found this potential solution at

regsvr32 C:\windows\system32\flash.ocx
but I don't appear to have a file in that directory, I haven't tried any other flash related programs in wine yet
also haven't had time to track down this file or properly learn wine yet, I'll update this as soon as I do
