What works

Music via DirectSound, voices and sfx.

Full screen or window.

The first few bits of the game all run fine.

What does not

Notice that the text does NOT look right, it's as if it's being treated as monospace when it shouldn't be. Also, the font choice under the File menu has no affect (Lucida Console or Courier New).  This malrendered font almost makes it unreadable as there are gaps in the text.

Additional Comments

Giving a gold rating only because everything technically works, just the font problem. I will submit a screenshot so others can see what I mean. Admin note: rating changed to conform to the rating definitions.

HowTo / Notes

WARNING
When installed using the "Minimum" and possibly the "Regular" install, you MUST run the game through the CD's autorun interface or it will error out and not work. If you want to run the game without the CD, you need to choose the "Full Install" option when installing the game.

(This is expected behavior -- the same thing happens in native Windows. However, I could see this causing confusion and erroneous bug reports/compatibility reports, so I thought I would put a note up mentioning it.)
