Playback (trying to find a way to play a legally downloaded movie on my laptop)
Downloaded Media Player installer from cnet or some such source that doesn't require validation. Had Wine configured to match Windows 7. May try again with it set to Win XP, but when I tried that just now the installer quit with "Setup already running"...so I suppose I need to log out or reboot or something.
