What works
Everything except actual multiplayer. You can play multiplayer by yourself and LAN-play hasn't been tested.
What does not
The game freezes if you quit a multiplayer session. Sound occasionally cuts out. The game froze once very early on when talking to Winthrop. It could never be reproduced however.

Networked multiplayer hasn't been tested yet but I'd assume it will suffer from the same problems as Baldur's Gate II as it experiences the same symptoms in single-player multiplayer.
