- The beginning of installation.
What does not
- Hard drive space requirement and hard drive space available are shown blank during installation. - During the first time installing, mscorw.exe crashes, and the setup fails soon afterward. - During the second install, it gets as far as asking for disc 2. When the disc is inserted, the only button on the dialog, "Retry" turns to "No". If I don't click this button, nothing happens. If I do click this button, the install aborts.

I installed with the "copy to hard drive" option. Encarta Kids, Create Shortcuts on Desktop options were chosen during install.
