What works
After avoiding installation by copying the whole directory from a windows partition to wine dir, I was able to run the program after adding several *.ocx files from the internet to wine's system32 dir. Import database, setting up database directory and main menu work.
What does not
Cannot login / user management does not work because of an ActiveX error.
Workarounds
What was not tested
The actual use of entering vocabulary, export function.
Hardware tested

Additional Comments
I rated it as 'Garbage' because the program does not fulfill is purpose due to login errors. To get it installed without errors, you need to install under windows, copy the directory and then download ARButton.ocx, COMDLG32.ocx, MSVBVM60.dll, DBLIST32.ocx to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32

Original phase6-CDs won't work because of the copy protection. So send an email to phase6 with your registration code on the CD box and they will send you a download link for the full version (without copy-protection). Along with the download link I received a new activation and registration code and the downloaded version works out of the box. Just install and start the programme.
Demo version (see link above) should work too.
For regular use you should install the ms-fonts (otherwise the fonts look weird), you could easily do that with winetricks or winedoors (see wineHQ wiki).
