Pretty much everything. Performance is excellent, graphics look excellent, all settings work. The mouse is a bit strange in the initial menus, but after entering a game, and going back in to the menus, you find that the mouse jerkiness is resolved.
What does not
Sometimes a map will not load, and is perpetually stuck after spawning 100% of the entities
holding on to caps lock does not allow free aiming in the fliers as it does in the windows version. also mouse wheel does not select the different weapons in the fliers like it should, but you can just use 1,2,3 keys.
What was not tested
hosting a game, lan game, account management, changes to audio settings
rating gold despite the occasional loading difficulties, and lack of PB support. it just runs so nicely.

This plus the first patch prevents ETQW from complaining about not being in 32bpp mode
