PlanMaster Version 1.5 does not let the user edit the locations in 2 + 3 (2 characters for Country 3 characters for location) UN format. It simply uses the 3-letter codes.
With version 1.7, this has changed to 2 + 3. Reports are more comprehensive with the latest release.
Please state which version you are testing in the submitted results
LoadTransshipment: Works flawlessly.
Baplie32: Works flawlessly
FindContainer: This is a buggy program even in Windows. Sometimes it is not able to find the containers in the files. The same goes with the Wine installation.
ViewUNL: Works flawlessly
PM Scheduler (Pmschd32): Works flawlessly
What does not
Sometimes LoadTransshipment may exit without any errors or can freeze.
What was not tested
ViewHaz: Requires EXIS Technologies' IMDG Software installed. On the test computer this software was not installed.
PlanMaster: Vessel planning module was not tested. On the test computer this software was not installed. However, this is not a module included in the Lite version, but in the full version.
Bottomline, I expect View Haz and PlanMaster to run smoothly with Wine installation since the software suite is programmed to run on Microsoft Windows 95. The back-end databases are Visual Basic 1.0 databases and can be importable & editable. But saving the database after editing in the correct format is questionable.
