What works
Everything seems to work, however I have no tested full screen mode, and I suck too badly to get past the first level. :P Just like in the old days!
This does require a decent video card, as when I tried to run it prior to getting my nVidia 7600GT drivers installed, it was so slow that I went insane. After installing the drivers, it worked fine.

I'm rating it Gold because I have not tested full screen mode, and I suck entirely too much to make it to levels 2 or 3.
