Starting a game - with parameters -skip_verify and -skip_intro

What does not

Models are not displayed correctly. It is still a problem with "white" textures and wrong model detection. It is not possible to take any actions between two Sims, so this game is non sense without this possibility.

This situation should be fixed before getting a "Gold" rating, so unfortunately my rating is "Bronze".

What about 16bpp?

Did you have to change the color depth to 16 in xorg.conf? Please state so if you did.
