mono-1.2.4 fails on everything. I installed mono-1.2.3.1 for Windows, and now I get this error message when trying to start the Launcher or tabula_rasa.exe: ** (c:\Program Files\NCSoft\Launcher\NCLauncher.exe:57): CRITICAL **: mono_assembly_open_full: assertion `filename != NULL' failed So it's finding the Launcher and trying to start it, the Launcher just isn't working. I'm now working on trying to debug the launcher via mono. There doesn't seem to be a way to start the game without using the Launcher.
