Winver must be set to xp or vista.
It has to be started via commandline.
D3D9 mode is extremely slow(<1fps)
It can be forced to use OpenGl, by uncommenting "Plugin=RenderSystem_Direct3D9" in "plugins.cfg". Then it has a good performance but some graphical glitches.
