What works
The game works almost perfectly
What does not
The launcher menu will only show the quit buttton if the screen resolution is to large. Run in a virtual desktop or lower your screen resolution to fix this. With a width of 800 the menu looks fine. With a width of 1024 the buttons are barely visible but the menu is still usable. For higher resolutions the menu is not usable.
Things that shoult be transparent in the first cutscenes are not transparent.
When running in a 64 bit wineprefix, the game quits immediately after starting it. This can be fixed by running 'wine explorer' and then starting the game from the explorer.

Needs no CD patch. Except for the start menu issue, it runs better than in my windows 8.1 install on the same computer.
