There should be 2 intro videos, they wasn't playing for me. Just press ESC twice and game continues loading. I suppose I miss a codec.

when using add ons like ProTrain, use "-mem:512" or "-mem:1024" parameter at startup of MSTS. MSTS also tested with add on ProTrain 32 and ProTrain 36 (third party products sold separately). I installed it several times, sometimes installer works, sometimes not. Couldn't find the reason. workaround worked for me.
