Game installs normally but does require a crack to run. Had to change the audio settings in-game to "Miles Fast 2D Positional Audio". All other audio systems (EAX, DirectSound, RAD, etc.) failed to initialize and produced no sound. Otherwise, single-player game runs perfectly.
