Navagated to "setup.exe" on disk in photoshop elements folder after main installer would not work. It sucsessfully installed Elements.
The "organizer" and "editor" run once the "fileagent" has been killed
The "get photo's from files/folders" feature works however its "get photo's" button has disappeared so you have to click in the file entry box and hit enter after highlighting the files you want to add.
What does not
Was not able to use install setup.exe on main disk. When trying to start elements normaly the program hangs, once I kill the its "fileagent" app the "organizer" starts right up.
What was not tested
loading a catalog from another system and many features of the "editor", however, I will be trying that later on and will post results
After a few work arounds its still very usuable just a pain to get to that point. Make sure wine is fully updated, I didn't know it but my version was 0.9.4* and the "organizer" had alomost no functionality but the "editor" appeared to work. Upgradeing to 0.9.58 brought the "organizer" up however I have to kill the "fileagent" everytime I start the program. Running Kubuntu on a Ubuntu install.
