The sound is choppy, and there is slowdown when in fullscreen unless a better resolution is found for your system. These happen in Windows as well, but it is just slightly more noticeable in Wine.

Gamepad usages is not possible.

Additional Comments

It would seem that, as with the rest of Jabo's programs, gamepad usage is not possible with JNES. To be honest, I don't even know if my system is set up to use gamepads, but JNES does recognize that the gamepad is there, one just can't set the D-pad and the analog sticks. I'm going to find out if I can get it working, however.
