What works
TES Constructor Set installs and loads up fine as do the Oblivion.esm and *.esp data files.
What does not
After loading in the data files the embedded windows disappear, you can get the object and cell windows to reappear but not the render window. Upon attempting to edit ANYTHING the program crashes.
