What works
I couldn't try the installation, since the version I have is the already installed game in a folder. The game works fine and is playable, and all the sound/music is good.
What does not
The game has some graphic issues for what concerns special effects (e.g. when Conan dies and is sent in the arena to prove its valor to Crom), but is playable overall.
