What works

Application seems to install without error. It creates a shortcut on the desktop and under Programs.

What does not

When the application is loaded it initially comes up with a permission error ("You do not have permission to write to this file"). I am not sure why, but on subesequent runs the permission error doesn't come up. The menu responds, but most options are greyed out. The application shuts down properly with File | Exit, but seizes up when clicking the "X".

Errors are A lot of :
fixme:class:CLASS_GetClassLong offset -12 (GCLP_HCURSOR) not supported on other process window 0x203d2

Followed by one:
err:syslevel:_CheckNotSysLevel Holding lock 0x7edb2a20 level 3

Followed by continuous until the application is terminated:
err:syslevel:_EnterSysLevel (0x7eec6c80, level 2): Holding 0x7edb2a20, level 3. Expect deadlock!
