Two USB joypads simultaneously.
CDI images of games such as Rez, Space Channel 5 and Soul Calibur (it seems that if it works in Windows, it'll work in Wine).
Command-line loading of games (for MythTV's MythGame, for example).
What does not
There's a glitch in fullscreen: the borders, which in Windows are black, under Wine are blue-green. It is an annoying distraction, especially on lower resolutions.
One needs to copy the following Windows dll's:
* d3dx9_35.dll (in game directory)
* msvcp80.dll (under windows/system)
* msvcr80d.dll (under windows/system)
* msvcr80.dll (under windows/system)
What was not tested
Four USB joypads.
Netplay (which the authors report is broken in Windows anyway).
Loading a real CD.
All in all, it is impressive how well this works (aside from the fact that nullDC is the best Dreamcast emulator out there right now). If it weren't for the blue-green fullscreen borders and the need for non-native dll's, I'd give it a platinum . To install, I had to run the setup version of beta-1, and then copy beta-6 over it.
